Sebastián Carazay ::
In 1994 I started recording weddings and birthday parties as a way to escape reality. This job was interrupted by my own artistic reality. I was craving for stories eager to be mixed up and told in a different way. Y2K found me trying to learn something new in TEA Imagen (Buenos Aires), and I confirmed something that I knew already: The most you work, the most you learn. By the way... does anyone younger than 20 knows what Y2K was?

Since 1994 I started working as a graphic designer for print. In 2000, I gave television a try, not only designing but also producing and conceptualizing for commercials. Being a musician myself, it was a matter of time for me to take a dip in sound design and start composing original scores for commercials and TV shows.

I got my first computer when I was 8. It was a Texas Instruments TI99/ 4, and that was the beginning of a sick relationship between the machines and me. I like to smash them up, turn them inside out, and crush them until they work again, if they want to. In 1994, while I was studying Social Communications, the idea of editing using a non-linear system got stuck in my mind. And think about living in a small South American city in 1994. It's not that I am a genius, but I did it. We bought the first machine, I quit studying because it was boooring, and I started doing what I wanted: prost producing.

why nocaut? ::
In 2004, after 10 years of experience; we needed a way to give an umbrella of identity to our work. And then, we found Julio Cortazar, the writer. Cortazar had a big affinity for boxing. He used to say that, meanwhile in a novel one can win by scores; in a short story one has to win by knockout, with a solid left cross to the reader's jaw. In our work we tell stories all the time. We tell short stories about people, products, companies, and it is our challenge to develop ideas and content to make that shock happen.
